Well the day has finally come. My sister and her husband have had their first baby. A healthy 8lb 7 oz baby boy …. Liam James Ireland. A strong and noble name! I was a little hurt … baby Adam sounds pretty nice too … oh well. Maybe the next time?

Baby Liam was born a little after 8am this morning at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre. Wow, that is a nice hospital! Brand new and modern. We are fortunate to have such a nice hospital here in the area.

Was out on Sunday taking some pictures of the very high waters on the Lower Buckhorn Lake. Snapped this image … it was my fav. Was around 4:30 in the afternoon, blue sky and very bright.
